God is exalted above all. God is altogether Holy; that’s why when the scripture speaks of Him being Holy, it says holy, holy, holy. But to us, it says holy because to us, it means set apart unto God. While God is set apart from all, above all, and unlike all in glorious righteousness, love, mercy, and justice, filled with goodness, while you and I can only do some good things, no matter how hard we try, still find ourselves making mistakes. Why? Because we have to be taught to do good, for there is none that is good, no, not one. But the one that is altogether good, Jesus, came and died not just to forgive our sins but also to impart unto us His goodness, to transform our thoughts and way of life, and it’s free for all to enjoy.
