One of the important things in life we often forget, but is necessary for us to remember. Moses did not forget who he was or where he came from. When he found out who his people were, the house of Pharaoh saw a difference in his life. When God got hold of him, even his wife Zipporah knew that God had gotten hold of his life, for he was not the same. And when he went back to Egypt in God’s service, he didn’t think about what they thought of him before God got a hold of him.
Never forget what others think of you before God got hold of your life. Remember how they saw you and why? Because you should never be the same. Just like when Moses arrived in Egypt, the people knew who he was but not who he had become. As he stood before Pharaoh, who saw the old Moses, then to his surprise, he saw a Moses he had not known. And never forget, when God gets hold of your life, or better yet, when you touch God and let Him into your life, those that know you should start thinking the way they thought about Jesus and questioning themselves, “Is this not Joseph the carpenter’s son?” Zipporah lost Moses when he met God. When will you meet with God, who lost you? This is today’s crosspoint. Have a blessed day.
