If we say we have not sinned, then we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we say we are good or that we are righteous, then the scripture saith there is none good, no, not one, and there is none that doeth righteousness. If we exalt ourselves, we shall be humbled. Now you may be thinking, then where do we stand with God? Well, there is the loving aspect of God which says what we sow, we will reap. Therefore, if we think too much of ourselves, what will you reap when everything is about yourself? Of course, we are of greater importance to God than we think or believe. So important that God sent His son unto us to impute His righteousness and goodness into us so that the desires of our hearts can be transformed, and we can walk and live in God’s righteousness and goodness, knowing and acknowledging that it’s not our goodness but His goodness, love, and righteousness working and living in us. For we were all born in sin, and the thoughts of our hearts are continuously wicked outside of God. When God is left out, remember if you want God to watch, then He will keep looking at you. Don’t interfere, but keep a record of your doings, and He will help if you want Him to. He will forgive and forget the record of your wrongdoings. The choice is yours; choose wisely.
